The Gospel Changes the Way I Treat Others
The Gospel is good news for us and everyone, it transforms how we see and treat others. In Philemon 1:17-25, Paul challenges Philemon to receive Onesimus not as a runaway slave, but as a beloved brother in Christ. Through this powerful appeal, we see how the Kingdom of God calls us to extend the same mercy, grace, forgiveness, and love that we have received from Jesus.
As followers of Christ, we are invited to love beyond our comfort zones, forgive those who have wronged us, and view every person through the lens of God’s redeeming love. The Gospel changes our hearts, reshapes our relationships, and empowers us to overcome evil with good. When we live out radical grace and hospitality, we become living demonstrations of God’s Kingdom here and now.
