Love Fervently

We all want to experience genuine love, but too often our love becomes conditional, transactional, or focused on what we can receive. In 1 Peter 1:22, Peter calls followers of Jesus to love one another sincerely and fervently, with a love that stretches beyond feelings, convenience, and self-interest. Because Jesus has loved us extravagantly, we can receive His love and allow it to overflow through us into the lives of others.
