SEPH SCHLUETER

Creator of hit songs, “Counting My Blessings,” and “Running Back to You," this artist is ready to bring gratitude to our valley this June 9th.

For artist and songwriter Seph Schlueter, his debut single “Counting My Blessings” hitting No. 1 on Spotify Brazil’s Viral Playlist was beyond unexpected. It’s a story covered in God’s fingerprints, one Seph is all too happy to share. His debut EP, Counting My Blessings, is a bright, Ed Sheeran-esque collection of songs filled with Seph’s organic pop sensibilities and relatable lyrics that speak to his all-consuming love for Jesus.

Lead single and viral sensation “Counting My Blessings” is a catchy, pop-fueled letter of thanks to a God who never fails. The official music videos for the song account for more than 100M views (YouTube). “Running Back To You,” co-written with Jacob Sooter, is a driving, high-energy, joyful song about the freedom found in repentance. For Seph, launching Counting My Blessings on the heels of a viral hit only adds to his prayer for these songs. “I hope this EP gives people a framework for Jesus. These songs are my loaves and my fish for the Lord. If He wants to multiply it, that’s great. Multiplication isn’t my job, faithfulness is. If no one on earth heard my songs but only heaven sang them, that would be enough.”

NATALIE LAYNE

You may have heard “Amen" or “Grateful For” on the hottest Christian playlists. This artist is ready to bring that new energy to the Riverwalk on July 7.

Singer, songwriter and producer Natalie Layne desires to radiate joy through her original music. With a master’s in commercial piano, Layne won Belmont’s Christian Showcase at her alma mater in 2019,
leading her to sign an exclusive recording and publishing contract with Centricity Music. Prior to landing a record deal, Layne charted a successful path as an independent artist for six years during which she
cultivated an impressive social following simply by inviting listeners into her songwriting process online.

Moreover, she studied under GRAMMY® award-winning songwriter and producer Bernie Herms (Natalie Grant, Josh Groban, Barbra Streisand) through an apprenticeship that allowed her to shadow him for a semester. She’s sung background vocals for Natalie Grant on the Dove Awards stage and also lent BGVs to labelmate Jason Gray’s upcoming album. Additionally, she’s opened shows for Jeremy Camp,
Chris Tomlin and We The Kingdom, among others, as well as headlined full band sets at Bonnaroo — twice.  Her introductory EP, Amen, builds on her growing momentum, serving up six original songs — all co-penned by Layne.
